Areas of Therapy & Clinical Supervision

Individual & Relational Therapy

Whether you're exploring desire, navigating intimacy, healing trauma, or unpacking long-standing relational patterns, therapy can be a place to reconnect with what feels real and possible. The work I offer focuses on the nervous system, attachment, and the body as we examine the intersections of pleasure, pain, connection, and identity.

This isn’t about “fixing” you; our work is about reclaiming access to what’s been shut down, distorted, or shamed.

Individual Therapy

“The erotic does not hurry.” - Osho

Individual therapy offers a space to explore your sexual health, identity, trauma history, and emotional patterns in a way that is grounded, evidence-based, and compassionate.

  • Sexual pain and pelvic health
Including vaginismus, dyspareunia, vulvodynia, and other forms of genito-pelvic pain

  • Erectile and ejaculatory concerns
Including performance anxiety, arousal difficulties, and lack of pleasure

  • Perinatal transitions
Support around fertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum changes, and birth-related trauma

  • Desire, arousal, interest, and sexual identity
Clarifying your erotic blueprint and reconnecting with embodied sexuality

  • Trauma resolution
Working with sexual, relational, emotional, psychological, and medical trauma

Relationship Therapy

“I dream of a love that is more than two people craving to possess one another.” - Irvin D. Yalom

Relational therapy is a space for couples and multi-partner systems to engage with the deep work of intimacy — emotional, erotic, and everything in between.

  • Erotic disconnection and desire mismatch

  • Repair after infidelity or betrayal

  • Emotional distance, conflict patterns, and communication breakdown

  • Exploring kink, BDSM, and/or new sexual territories

  • Shifting relational structures, including polyamory and non-monogamy

EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process experiences that continue to feel emotionally, mentally, or physically overwhelming. Rather than remaining "stuck," difficult memories can become integrated in a way that reduces their emotional intensity and allows for greater flexibility and healing.

EMDR can be an effective treatment for individuals whose past experiences continue to influence their present relationships, sense of safety, or emotional wellbeing.

EMDR can support

  • PTSD and complex trauma

  • Sexual and relational trauma

  • Medical trauma

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Attachment wounds

  • Grief and loss

  • Distressing life experiences that continue to affect daily life

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy

When clinically appropriate, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy offers another pathway for exploring emotional and relational experiences that may be difficult to access through talk therapy alone.

My approach is never centered on the medicine itself. Healing happens through careful preparation, a safe therapeutic relationship, and meaningful integration afterward. Together, we explore what emerges and connect those insights to lasting changes in your relationships, emotional wellbeing, and everyday life.

I work with individuals and couples exploring Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as part of a trauma-informed, relational approach to healing.

Services include

  • Preparation sessions

  • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

  • Integration therapy

  • Trauma-informed emotional healing

  • Relationship and attachment work

  • Personal growth and self-compassion

Starting therapy begins with a conversation

1. Share what you're experiencing.

2. Discuss your goals and how therapy can help.

3. Ask questions and see if we’re the right fit.

4. Decide on the next step together.
